At the Badlands Community Facility, we offer a variety of ways to keep you moving, whether you prefer the flexibility of drop-in programs or the structure of registered programs.

Registered Programs

Choose from our selection of specialty fitness programs designed to help you reach your goals. Registered programs offer guided, progressive instruction — and members receive an exclusive discount on registration fees.

Drop-In Programs

Enjoy sports and group fitness classes without committing to a full session. With a membership, all drop-in sports and classes are included! Standard drop-in rates apply for non-members. (Drop-in schedules are subject to change.)

Drop-in to a Registered Program

NEW this Fall! Can't commit to a full session of a registered program, but want to participate when it works for you? We are now offering flexible drop-in opportunities to our registered programs, provided we have met our minimum registrations to run the class. 

What does this look like?

Head to the Badlands Community Facility and speak to one of our lovely staff members at the front desk. They will ensure there is space for you to drop-in to our registered program, and the cost to you is our standard drop-in rate plus $1.00. We accept cash, debit and credit. Please note, this service is first-come, first-served.

Youth Soccer

Our youth soccer program is designed to make the game fun while practicing skills and team cooperation. Soccer is a high-energy, fun-filled game, and we want to invite youngsters in the community to come and 'kick it'! 

Cost: $120.00 for 10 weeks; October 7 - December 16, 2025.

HITT with Barb Heptonstall 

Looking for a time-efficient workout that targets both aerobic and anaerobic systems? Look no further! Our head-to-toe HIIT (high-intensity interval training) class combines cardio with light resistance training, perfect for all fitness levels. Plus, it's easily modified to suit your intensity level. Join us and challenge yourself today!

Strong Nation 'w' Weights with Andrea Leavitt (NEW)

In each class, you’ll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves, such as high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks, are interchanged with isometric moves, like lunges, squats, and kickboxing. With adaptations for multiple levels of fitness, this class is great whether you are a beginner or a pro.

Youth No Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with Allan Fradsham 

Join us at the Badlands Community Facility for an exciting No Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program designed for ages 12–18. Whether you're new to the sport or have some experience, this course will introduce key techniques such as positions, escapes, and attacks in a structured environment. Classes include warm-ups, drills, instruction, and live practice with partners.
