The Town’s services are evolving! The Town of Drumheller will be using bids&tenders to post and manage its procurement opportunities! We are happy to announce this partnership as it will improve workflow and any supplier wishing to participate can access the platform from the comfort of their cellphone, tablet or computer!

Current Procurement Opportunities

bids&tenders is a fully integrated online e-procurement tool that allows vendors to view, register, and submit bids entirely online in one convenient location.

Vendors are invited to create a free Bidding System Vendor account by visiting our Bid Opportunities website and clicking on the Create Account button.

When creating an account, Vendors should select the commodity code(s) for goods, services and construction that they may be interested in, and the Bidding System will notify the Vendor by email of any bid opportunities matching their commodity code selection.

  • Select the commodity code(s) for goods, services, and construction that interest you.
  • Receive email notifications of bid opportunities matching your commodity selections.
  • Already have a bids&tenders account, simply sign in.
