National Volunteer Week

National Volunteer Week is celebrated annually during the third week of April and this year it will be observed from April 16 to April 22, 2023.

This week-long celebration is about placing a spotlight on inspiring figures whose invaluable seeds of kindness through volunteering are bettering the community and our world in general. This significant celebration challenges us to do better and look for ways to be active participants, joining hands to impact our local communities and calling for more support.

National Volunteer Week Appreciation Postcards

National Volunteer Week  is a time to recognize the incredible contributions of volunteers who weave together the fabric of our community and create a stronger, more vibrant Canada. Thank you to all the volunteers in Drumheller who make our town a better place to live, work, and play!

Thank the volunteers you know by requesting postcards for an organization, or for a neighbour who always lends a hand. Each postcard is worth $6 towards a purchase at local participating businesses until May 15, 2023.
